The Crossover Symmetry Individual Package is designed to be used right out of the box without any other equipment. Each package includes the 5 CS programs, necessary equipment and access to the online Training Zone.

SELECT A RESISTANCE LEVEL
The individual package includes 2 sets of Crossover Cords: a heavy set and a light set. We have pre-selected these resistances levels based on the strength of the individual and the known strength ratios of larger and smaller muscle groups/movement patterns.
The Novice Package is recommended for:
- Ages 8-13
- Individuals new to exercise
- Individuals rehabbing a shoulder injury
The Athletic Package our most popular resistance package for both male and female users. If you do not fit the description for Novice or Elite, then start with the Athletic level. This includes:
- Most high school athletes
- Active adults
- Indviduals who experience pain from exercise or sports activities
The Elite Package is recommended for:
- Male collegiate, professional or elite fitness athletes
- Female elite athletes with extremely strong shoulders who have extensive experience using Crossover Symmetry
The Deluxe Package includes the full line of Crossover Cords (6 pairs). This package is ideal:
- If you have multiple users with different strength levels in your household
- If you feel you will progress to heavier resistance levels quickly
- If you want extra resistance options to perform additional exercises
SELECT AN ATTACHMENT
There are three attachment options available for the individual package. Your choice of Door Belts or Squat Rack Straps is included in the price of the individual package. You can upgrade to wall mounts for $40
CROSSOVER SYMMETRY PROGRAMS
Every package includes all 5 programs that target different aspects of your shoulder performance. These programs will improve posture, scapular stability and rotator cuff function but best of all they can be completed in 5 minutes anywhere.
The Activation program is a dynamic warm up for your shoulders & should be use daily prior to your activity.
